PROGETTO AR.CO – INTERREG IIIA – TRANSFRONTALIERO ADRIATICO


In the framework of AR.CO project, inscriptions to participate to n. 3 specific training courses are announced. They will be set in Abruzzo and in Bosnia in the period November- December 2005, with the aim to train and develop competences of

MARKETING – MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY SYSTEM – ADMINISTRATION

in the field of performing arts.

Module place duration:

• ADMINISTRATION BOSNIA 30 HOURS, (5 days per 6 hs)
• MARKETING ABRUZZO 30 HOURS, (5 days per 6 hs)
• MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY SYSTEM ABRUZZO 48 HOURS, (8 days per 6 hs)

The teachers of the courses are experts of international fame.

Target Group: 21 people distributed as follows:

• PUGLIA N. 3
• ABRUZZO N. 3
• MONTENEGRO N. 3
• BOSNIA N. 3
• SERBIA N. 3
• CROATIA N. 3
• ALBANIA N. 3

Applicants must be between 20 and 40 years old.

Selection criteria:

• 1) applicants must be resident in the partner regions of the project
  (Puglia, Abruzzo, Albania, Croazia, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro)
• 2) must be graduated from secondary school
• 3) must speak English

Applicants must send an application form according to the model herewith attached together with a curriculum vitae and a copy of the identity document, exclusively to the referent of the region where candidates are resident, and precisely:

The application form must be received by and not later than October the 24th 2005 at 12 a.m.
Application forms received after the date and time above mentioned will be rejected

The participation to the workshop is totally free.

The admitted pupils who are obliged to move out of the region of their residency to attend the course have the right to be hosted for free (board and lodging) and to be reimbursed for the travel expenses (train or/and ferry boat).

Among all the participants who attended successfully the training course, some young people will be selected by public call and granted with a scholarship of one year during which they will be working in Public Institutions and cultural organisations.

SELEZIONI:
Attitude test: to be chosen for the course, applicants must pass through a psycho attitudinal test and a motivation conversation aimed to the publication of the classification whenever the selected people are more than the top number.
